- Commercial Customer ID services.
- Internal System Access Control
- ID Employment, Privilege & Continue Business Need Revalidation
- Follow up and escalate issues and problems
- Co-ordinate with internal parties and prepare reports to the management.
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
- Experience in IT System would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on process and procedure documentation would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese is a MUST
- Familiar with functions and features of general PC system
- Proficient in MS applications, Excel and Word processing
- Hard working, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner with problem-solving techniques
