As a receptionist, you will receive incoming calls, determine the nature of business and direct callers and visitors to our office to appropriate destinations; you will also be requested to handle hotel reservation, car rental and air
-ticket booking. In addition, you will greet clients, receive incoming packages, be responsible for the general appearance of our reception area, and manage the use of our conference rooms and visiting attorney offices.
