1. This position will be responsible for managing the Mono Laser category expenses for the entire business including Boise and Shanghai. Specific deliverables include: a. Managing the month
-end close ensuring that we have a good understanding of what we spent and any accruals that need done b. Managing the budgeting process in Aspire and working with managers to ensure that we have it operationalized c. Investigating any issues or questions around spending d. Maintaining our MRU, location codes, etc. for clean reporting
2. This position will be responsible for supporting the growth and implementation of Shanghai Mono Laser lab. Specific deliverables include: a. Supporting the implementation of the new entity to support R&D tax creditsb. Provide expense planning and reporting to the local Mgmt in Shanghai c. Investigating any issues or questions around spending d. Maintaining our MRU, location codes, etc. for clean reporting Qualifications your profileA business/finance degree Strong financial knowledge and international business exposure Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skillsInitiative and independenceCustomer focusEnglish and local language skills
