1.Day to day support of our staff in Shanghai (around 20 people) and local client support.
2.Some server management and networking will be required, in co
-ordination with Beijing Head office.
3.Provide support for database applications using Oracle and SQL server.
4.Troubleshoot, identify and report problems with end user software.
5.Take charge of most IT operations/projects within Shanghai office and liaise with local providers to achieve positive outcomes.Qualifications:
1.Item Excellent knowledge and support of Microsoft environment, including standard applications.
2.Degree in a technical discipline preferred but not essential .
3.Professional qualifications well regarded (e.g. MCSE, CCNA/IE, A+ etc)
4.Prior experience or skill in any of the following will be well regarded, SQL programming, Visual Basic, Linux/Unix operating systems.
5.Good verbal and written understanding of English.
6.Problem solving mentality.
7.Keenness and willingness to learn.
