KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES
-Develop training curriculum for SME banking together with OL, that will comprise of Credit analysis/Selling skills/SME product training/SME Credit Policy etc
-To train the SME relationship managers, credit analysts, and support personnel on above
- To develop and implement together with OL on train the trainers program
-Work closely with Sales, Product and credit dept to constantly improve and update the training curriculum
-Prepare and deliver the training materials presentation both in Chinese and English
-Coordinate with OL for efficient and smooth implementation of new products.Certification and Qualifications:CRITERIA
- Reputable university degree major in Finance/Business/Economics, MBA preferable
-Good knowledge of Trade Finance, Lending and FX
- Solid SME/corporate banking sales or credit experience
- Experience in hands on sales training is an advantage
-Good interpersonal and presentations skills, able to communicate with all levels in an organization
-Good command in English and Mandarin
-Good business sense, credit and marketing skill is definitely a plus
- Independent , efficient and ability to work under pressure
