Responsibilities
1.Answer and distribute in
-coming calls timely;
2.Receive visitors and show to relevant staff on an professional manner;
3.Receive and distribute faxes, correspondences etc;
4.Liaison with external suppliers to provide good service on namecards, drinking water, correspondences, plants etc;
5.Assist in making reservation of traveling tickets, accommodation and other needs as required;
6.Help to manage office stationery including purchasing, distributing, record;
7.Be responsible for claim administrative expenses;
8.Other responsibilities assigned by HR Manager.Requirements
1.Diploma degree or above;
2.Relevant working experience in reception;
3.Good command of English and Chinese, CET
-4 is preferred;
4.Good skills in computer application;
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.工作职责

3.传真、信件等物件的接收和分发;
4.负责联络供应商，包括印制名片，饮用水，快递，绿化等;
5.协助预订出差员工的机票和酒店;
6.负责办公用品的采购，领用和登记工作;
7.负责行政费用的报销;
8.人事经理安排的其他事宜。职位要求
1.大专或以上学历;
2.有前台的相关工作经验;
3.中文标准，英语熟练，CET
-4;
4.能熟练操作计算机;
5.良好的人际沟通能力。
