-Manage or participate new product introduction projects.
-Develop plans and work with product design team and manufacturing partners to ensure project objectives (schedule, product quality, cost and ramp, and etc.) are met. Current Product Support:
-Provide technical leadership and expertise support to ensure product quality, cost and delivery schedule are consistently met.
-Timely identify product/parts problem and come out with short time and long term solutions.
-Manage product changes and qualify parts or molds.
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to product or manufacturing processes Qualifications
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines.
-Good communication skills in English. Demonstrated capability of communicating skill with all levels of people.
-Good understanding of statistical quality control or other process control knowledge.
-Analytical problem solving skills.
-Good team working and communication skills.
