Department: Customer Service DeptMajor Accountabilities:
1、 Be multi
-skilled and handle any overflow of calls from Frontline;
2、 Provide the reference and guidance to Station Customer Service including tracing, complain and claim, help station customer service department improve the service level;
3、 Handle and respond to all tracing enquiries in accordance with the DHL Network Operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction;Qualifications：
1、 Technical Skills (Telephone systems, order/shipment Track & Track & Trace Systems and Order Booking systems preferable);
2、 Communication skills – spoken and written (excellent);Negotiation and Interpersonal skills;
3、 Professional telephone manner;
