We welcome people with Bachelors or Masters degrees in computer software or similar fields with related working experiences and enthusiasm for technology and learning new things. This position requires guru level technology knowledge and the ability to work directly with customers. Excellent English communication skills are must, as you will be working in the client locations, both architecting and programming the core critical systems for our customers.Core technologies include JAVA, J2EE, XML, Web Service, Messaging and SQL. Knowledge of Enterprise Applications, Messaging, Socket Programming, Multi
-threading, TIBCO, C# is helpful. In addition to the above basic requirements, people with at least two or more of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: Good English communication skills both written and spoken. Excellent people skills. People with other foreign Language skills (e.g. Spanish) will also be considered. Hands
-on programming skills or project experiences using C#, C++, Java, javascript, or scripting languages. Hands
-on experiences of databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, or MYSQL) and SQL; DBA experience is a plus. Experiences with various XML and Web Services technologies. Nice to Have Skills: Networking and UNIX system level knowledge; Hands
-on shell or Perl scripting skill is a plus. Commercial tool or application experience is a plus, such as IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, SAP, Siebel, Oracle Applications, WebMethods, TIBCO, Vitria, or Portals. Experience with TCP/IP, multithreading, Socket Programming, and relational databases would be a plus. Experiences of building commercial quality web or portal applications, especially using AJAX. We offer complete training programs on SOA and other latest software technologies to new hires. Afterward you will be working on solution development or projects which are mainly located in the U.S. We will also sponsor qualified candidates to move to the USA on a permanent basis.
