1. Administer multiple Linux (Redhat Enterprise
4) servers running in a high availability environment
2. Configure and install new servers (Linux & Oracle + Windows & SQL Server 2000)
3. Perform routine Oracle DBA tasks on production DBs as needed
4. Advanced Linux/Unix administration ability
5. Set up and day
-to
-day maintenance of the testing environments; Support QA team requirements
6. System performance & stability monitoring and optimization; Incident detection and handling
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with little supervision (Database, Network, OS & performance related problems)
1. Ability to communicate in English (Oral & written)
2. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science
3. Solid experience with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise
4), MUST be able to solve problem independently
4. Hands
-on Oracle experience 5．Experience in Network construction, especially experience in building up VPN is a strong plus
6. Ability to work very well under pressure, and keep abreast of current technology
