Accountabilities
1. Customer order processing, which include but not limit to customer order acceptance and confirmation, transportation mode planning, cargo track and trace, freight checking, reporting and system key in etc.;
2. Coordinating both with external customer and service providers to ensure the logistics service delivery to meet customer’s requirements;
3. Reporting to the team leader.Requirements:
1. University degree, preferably in logistics management fields;
2. CET
-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English;
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
