2.所有客户为外籍人士，要求外语听、说、写能力良好；
3.开拓能力强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力以及适应加班工作，具有良好的服务意识；
4.良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神；
5.品德正直高尚，形象气质佳，年龄在26岁以上。Requirements:
1.Apartment & villa sales experience, good comprehension and communication skills
2.Hardworking, responsible, can work under high pressure
3.English communication skills
4.Strong sense of customer orientated service and teamwork
