Job Responsibilities:Provide IT support and outsourcing service to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware problems for customers.Plan, organize, direct, control and manage IT projects and responsible for the installation, implementation and maintenance of the projects.Negotiates service contracts and manages a third party vendor selection program to ensure service levels are being met.
