Job Responsibilities: Accomplish first level engineering assignments in process integration and device technology development
1.To compile process flow, EDC and handbook ready for MES and Fab implementation
2.To interface with module process engineers and resolves minor process issue
3.To conduct test
-key layout, mask database preparation and review
4.To manage engineering lot process and handle in
-line/off
-line process issues
5.To perform parametric testing and first level device analysis
6.To write engineering lot summary and reportJob Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above major in Physics, EE, & Material Science related
2.Good command of written/spoken English
3.Good skill in using analysis and report software (Word, excel, PPT, JUMP)
4.Good interpersonal attitude and basic skill effective in a large organization
