-workers worldwide Operations secures that all IKEA applications run and are supported to meet the user needs. In IKEA IT Operations Global Production, we are now looking for 4 Network Engineers LAN/WAN/Telephony to join our office in Shanghai. Responsibilities:
-Implement, administrate and maintain IKEA Corporate network infrastructure to ensure undisrupted operations to support the IKEA businesses in the Asia Pacific region
-Manage network hardware and software maintenance, network documentation tasks, as well as perform operational
-related tasks
-Perform routine monitoring, testing and analysis of all elements of network facilities, as well as interface with vendors during installation, changes and maintenance activities
-Perform troubleshooting of all network related incidents and be accountable until problem resolution
-Interface with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded network performance
-Provide technical support on PBX systems
-Perform standby duty for network support on a rotational basis
-Travel regularly for business trips
-Assume responsibility for any tasks and projects assigned
