-Set
-up the organization’s measurement program ASAP
-Sustaining the organization’s measurement program on a long term
-Analyse metrics , build organizational capability data
-Suggest improvements to data collection/analysis techniques to demonstrate better value to the client.
-Running with performance improvement initiatives in the organization using six sigma techniques
-Conducting trainings on measurement framework/six sigma techniques/estimation/sizing
-Identify and spearhead automation initiatives that can bring value to the measurement program
-Review and approve Measurement plans of all ADU China projectsCOMPETENCIES / SKILLS
-Experienced user of EDS tools, processes and methods including:
-GSMS
-GAD QMS
-GDM
-Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, team building
-Working with a diverse and geographically dispersed team
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent analytical skills/logical thinking
-Self motivated and should have a passion to learn new techniques/methodologies
-Ability to lead and motivate teams
