此次workshop也是通用电气FMP暑期实习机会的末班车。对08毕业的在校生开放，感兴趣的同学请在5月21日前把简历和三个问题的答案发送到邮箱: GEChinaFMP.LeadershipWorkshop@，表现优秀的同学可以得到GE FMP暑期实习的机会。

具体情况如下：

Welcome to the 2007 GE Leadership Workshop!

You are invited to apply for a seat at the 2007 GE Leadership Workshop! This workshop is a bridge to learn more about GE values and a chance to build your leadership traits.

The workshop is a one-day event that will consist of guest speeches (GE business CFOs, FMP graduates etc.), case studies and teambuilding activities, etc. Participants will build essential leadership skills through interactive; lectures and group interactions.

The workshop is also considered a helpful step towards GE’s summer internship program.

Qualification/Requirement
- Open to students graduating in 2008
- Academic excellence
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Self-confidence, strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skills
- Any background welcome

1.GE has initiated the idea of Ecomagination ( 绿色创想 ) in 2005, which was designed to drive growth by creating innovative solutions to environmental challenges. How do you think this initiative is going to affect GE businesses as well as other competitors?
2. Have you ever led any project/program during your college life? If so, how did you integrate all the resources to make the target?
3. Please explain what do you expect to learn or gain from your first job after graduation.
