- Sell solutions and services and drive the evaluation phase activities
- Define high
-level & detailed solution requirements by mapping the application solution capabilities to requirements of prospects and customers
- Guide/coach prospect through the trial phase
- Select and monitor KPIs based on customer improvement goals
- Identify solution gaps and propose alternatives, workarounds or enhancements
- Establish data migration and OCM strategy
- Coordinate with back office the design of alternatives, workarounds or enhancements
- Qualify the ability of prospect to perform the expected go
-live activities and determine/sell services accordingly (service packages or on demand services)
- Asses project risks and initiate mitigation plan
- Responsible for all solution and services proposal activities, without being responsible for sales contracts
- Handover at the end of the evaluate phase (go
