Your Responsibilities:
1.Performs through analysis, conducts feasibility studies, determines project expense and financial impact on projects. Upon final approval from Development Manager, implements all necessary functions.
2. Writes through, clear reports to communicate the results of work to groups in China, U.S and Europe as well as to marketing and manufacturing colleagues.
3. Writes thorough, clear specifications for products, processes and materials during design phase.
4. Monitors the application of projects to ensure the product quality standards are maintained and continued specifications integrity, In case of negative deviation, actively promptly and under the direction of Development Manager analyses situations and recommends appropriate action.
5. Establishing material properties requirements, lamp electrical characterization, and test lamp structuring. Uses a statistical approach to testing and test interpretations.
6. Uses with professional skill, the principles of mechanics, physics/electricity and chemistry and related reference materials to design, refine and cost reduce products and processes.
7. Develop and maintains current knowledge and skills on all industry and/or professional trends in own field.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
9. Supports Ecodesign and adhere product safety.
10. May actively assist the other engineer or project manager in the development and design of new product. Your Profile:
·BS/MS in mechanical or industrial engineering or manufacturing technology.　　　
·Work experience in an industrial setting is highly desirable.　
·Project leadership. Proactive. Able to well interface with both factory and development environments. Good oral and written english required.
