Job Duties:Develop the overall strategy and plan of the Company’s IT system based on the business goals and needs； Organize the development of the air cargo hub information system/platform for the Free Trade Zone in partnership and cooperation with the airport, Customs and other related government agencies； Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s intranet platform/system； Responsible for solving technical problems and difficulties during the development process of the information system/platform in a timely manner to ensure the system to be completed on schedule and the control of quality, schedule and cost；
·Build and develop a strong IT team.Requirements:Bachelor degree in computer or related disciplines, MS degree preferred； 8+ year experience in development, maintenance and project management of large company’s IT system and 3+ year experience as Director of IT Department； Solid understanding of air cargo import and export process and Customs supervision procedure and project management experience in developing IT system/platform for Customs bonded logistics park or air cargo logistics； Solid experience and knowledge in both intranet and internet； Excellent leadership skills and team management experience； Demonstrated customer orientation and good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions；
