Job Title:职位名称 PC Factory Associate计算机 工厂助理Reports to:上级主管 PC Factory Supervisor计算机 工厂主管Key Tasks:主要职责： The PC Factory is the central facility where Olympic Games IT Equipment is stored, configured and then shipped to the Olympic Games Venues.Atos Origin is responsible for the successful management of the equipment requests from the Venues to ensure Olympic Games IT Equipment is delivered to the Olympic Games Venues on time, with the correct quantities, and with the correct configuration. This is achieved through a combination of an Atos Origin managed Team and close co
-operation with the Beijing Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (BOCOG), and other providers based at the facility.The PC Factory Associate a member of the Atos Origin PC Factory Team and will have the following main tasks and responsibilities:Main Activities
1. Completes the tasks assigned by the PC Factory Supervisor
2. Perform the tasks necessary to process the received Equipment Deployment Requests (EDR)
3. Request to and receive from OLC Logistics the Intel Hardware Components (Server, Workstation and Laptop) required to fill the EDR.
4. Performs the below tasks relating to each Games IT Equipment Type (Intel Server, Workstation and Laptop):a) Remove IT Equipment from boxesb) Physically install IT Equipment on PCF Configuration Area benchesc) Plug power, network, keyboard, monitor and mouse cables.d) Store empty boxes in the storage area within the Atos Origin PCF Configuration Areae) Un
-plug power, network, keyboard, monitor and mouse cables.f) Retrieve the empty boxes from the storage area within the Atos Origin PCF Configuration Areag) Pack each IT Equipment Type into appropriate boxes
5. Follow defined procedures to configure the Intel Games Equipment
6. Perform asset tracking of Intel Games Equipment
7. Perform labeling of Intel Games Equipment
8. Move equipment and boxes with the PC Factory configuration area as needed
9. Escalate any problems to the PC Factory Supervisor
10. Coordinate and communicate issues with various team members 计算机工厂是奥运会一个中心部门。IT 设备将在这里被储存和配制，并被运输到各体育场馆。源讯公司负责管理并确保所有的奥运会的IT 设备正常运转。同时确保所运送场馆的IT 设备准确，准时，正确的运送到每个比赛场馆。在这个过程中，源讯公司将紧密的与北京奥组委和其他IT 供应商合作。计算机工厂助理是源讯公司计算机工厂团队的一员，主要职责是：主要工作：1． 完成计算机工厂主管分配的任务。2． 处理场馆IT设备需求工作。3． 按要求和接收INTEL硬件（服务器，工作站和笔记本）从奥组委物流部，完成设备需求单。4． 具体工作流程包括（INTEL服务器，工作站和笔记本）：a) 打开包装搬动设备。b) 组装IT 设备在软件安装区c) 连接电源，网线，键盘，显示器和鼠标等外设。d) 安放好设备空包装e) 断开电源线，网络，鼠标，显示器与主机连接线。f) 移动设备空箱子g) 包装每个IT设备在相对应的箱子5． 按照相应的程序对INTEL设备安装相应的软件6． 跟踪纪录INTEL设备7． 对设备进行标签管理8． 必要的设备移动和包装工作
