1. Bachelor or above degree in CS, Telecommunications, EE or related disciplines
2. Minimum 1 year experience using Shell or Perl.
3. Software test and automation test experience preferred
4. Programming experience using C, C++ or Java preferred
5. Knowledge on telecom value added service , OA&M, BSS or mobile handset preferred
6. Good sense of software lifecycle and CMMI, working experience in multicultural companies plus
7. Good communication skills in English
