IT Support Executive (Based in Singapore)
Job Description:
• Handle telephone calls and e-mails from customers (IT-related enquiries and trouble-reporting)
• Ensure all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
• Process weekly and monthly reports and other documentations
• Operate the Network Monitoring System
• Perform call centre administration jobs
• Perform any other tasks as assigned
*** 1st Year duty will be focused on operation and support; 2nd Year onwards will be transferred to network or application engineer (based on performance).
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or its equivalent
• WAN & LAN knowledge required
• Fluent spoken and written English (Daily job communication will be in English)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to carry out first-level trouble-shooting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work flexible, rotating 24 hours shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
Benefits:
• Annual Salary Package (1st year): Above SGD 25,000 (inclusive of shift allowance, overtime pay and AWS); 2nd year onwards the salary will be adjusted based on performance.
• Free application of work permit (S Pass or EP).
• One-way ticket (China-Singapore) is claimable.
• First week accommodation is provided.
• Annual medical claim up to SGD3, 000.
• Annual leave: 14 days; Annual medical leave: 14 days.
