-none service and to achieve various business targets.Communication with Product Delivery team and other Business Units to ensure service delivery standard.Provide Sales Team with client marketing support to meet business development requirementSpecific responsibilities of the position:Administer the sales email queue including distribution.Conduct communication to clients and Sales on service or rate changes / noteworthy news.Assist Sales with sales call preparation.Back up sales when they are out of office.Assist sales with rate / product related issues.Conduct client specific and industrial analysis.Monitor performance / bookings versus budget to identify client focus areas.Coordinate Sales related internal and external visit arrangements.Provide tools / reports for sales to conduct market research and for market plan input reference.Assist sales on equipment and space forecasting.Monitor outstanding freight.Assist Sales on refund cases.Participate in sales meetings and sales call when necessary.Participate in tasks and various regular / ad hoc reports in collaboration with local sales team as well as inland sales teams as needed.Communicate with the Container Business Units on product / service deliver issue.Own and execute your individual sales competency development plan developed with you r immediate supervisor as per the findings from the potential analysis aim to improve your sales competency.Reinforce APM Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with APM Group policies.Learning opportunities in the position:Expose to market through business follow upDevelop business through day to day communicationIn depth understanding of our product and serviceUnderstanding of company policy and procedureSales skillsSpecific requirements for the position:Good command in English both in written and spokenGood interpersonal communication skillsAdequate line and Logistics product knowledgeProficient PC and MS Office skillsAbility to attend to details and focus on qualityInterested parties please send your full
