Primary Function
Responsible for sales and technical support for Marlow Industries in China.
Will interface with customers and the Marlow Dallas Design Engineering group
to analyze customer technical requirements and develop thermoelectric cooler
(TEC) and TEC sub-assembly solutions. Will require the development of
technical designs and proposals, forecasting customer needs and identifying
competitive threats and market trends. Must have good written and verbal
communication skills in English.
Job Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferable Mechanical)
Experience:
§ 5+ years Technical Sales and Marketing experience
§ Project Engineering or Program management experience a plus
Special Abilities:
§ Ability to understand Marlow Thermoelectric Cooler Design
Guidelines
§ Ability to analyze & interpret technical documents and heat
transfer problems.
§ Ability to design custom Thermoelectric Coolers.
§ Ability to write technical reports, technical proposals, and
general business correspondence.
§ Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and
non-technical personnel and customers.
§ Ability to continuously stay current on market trends and
technical advancements.
§ Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving
external and internal priorities.
§ Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner.
§ Ability to excel in a cross-cultural, global team environment.
