-leading total solution for Software engineering, Including the development methodology, process, Development platform and quality suite. CSDL Rational engineering team work together with IBM World wide labs to support testing and development of Rational tools.Job DescriptionThe candidates will work together with IBM World wide development/testing team for CleaCase or ClearQuest development and quality improvement on defect fixing.As a developer, he/she will be particpating in all aspects of software development, including functional specification verification, customer reported defect management and fixing, The core feature enhancement.QualificationsBachelor or Master in Computer Science preferred.IBM Certificates preferred.Desired Experience
1. Solid background in software development (C, C++, Windows, Linux, HTML, XML, Perl)
2. Experience in Eclipse is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of ClearCase, ClearQuest, other Rational product is a plus
4. Strong software engineering experience is preferred;
5. Experience on GUI or file system development is a plus.Desired SkillsThe candidates who have the above skills are preferred.
