1.Assists in funding and capital investment documentation, process and approval;
2.Foreign exchange and inter
-company/entrust loan documentation and approval processes;
3.CCI bank account administration;
4.Cash and currency exposure forecasts and reconciliation;
5.Liaise with Receivable Analyst on accounts receivable administration;
6.Assists in day
-to
-day treasury and banking operations;
7.Maintains effective relationship with government agencies, e.g. SAFE, Tax Bureau;
8.Annual foreign currency certification auditing processes;
9.Assists in implementation of Global Treasury Workstation in China and its interface with CBS and Shared Services Center systems and processes;
10.Various Treasury reporting;1
1.Internal control and SOX complianceEligibility:
1.The position requires a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent experience along with some general knowledge of various finance and business subjects
2.Personal computer skills and familiarity with various software packages is desired
3.The incumbent generally resolves issues by following departmental guidelines and corporate policy and is in conformity with the code of worldwide conduct
4.Familiar with local government regulations and controls in relation to banking, foreign exchange, funding, loans, cash management is preferred
5.Self
-starter and display a high level of motivation and frequently work independently to complete assignments
6.Good analytical, written and verbal communications skills
7.Good human relations skills are required to develop cooperative work relationship
