1.Create fixture/tooling structures to first prove the feasibility, and finally the practicality of the approach being followed to meet the design goals.
2. Carries out analysis and evaluations of successive version of hardware to ensure that fundamentals are fully understood, basic problems are solved and that the design is sufficiently robust to avoid future problems due to expected variations in component/environmental parameters.
3. Ensures that all documentation is accomplished and in proper form including any important component specifications.
4. Work with internal team to bring new fixtures/toolings into production.Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related scientific discipline.
2.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
3.Theoretically analyze the system requirement and translate that into design spec.Depth theory of mechanical or material science is preferred. Knowledge of part fabrication and tolerancing.
4.Have some knowledge on tooling/fixture design；
5.Demonstrate good interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate needs, plans and achievements.
6.Demonstrate analytical problem solving skills.
