PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Industry Business Unit AUTOMOTIVE is responsible for defining and delivering the SAP for Automotive solution. SAP for Automotive addresses the core business requirements of organizations of all sizes in the automotive industry and spans from OEM via Supplier to the Sales & Aftermarket. Our organization is responsible for the whole lifecycle of the product from solution strategy, solution definition and go
-to
-market to solution validation and field support. With subsidiaries in Walldorf, Detroit, Tokyo and Shanghai we are acting global. To further strengthen our global presence, we are in the process of building a team in Shanghai. The Shanghai based IBU members have a regional scope.
