PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Quality Management Team contributes to define, develop, deliver and support complete, reliable and stable solutions from first delivery. Quality work significantly reduces project risks and is a decisive factor in the success of a project. As a member of development projects the Quality Engineer will improve and assure the quality of our processes and products by closely working with international development teams in Suite Optimization. - University degree or equivalent
- Technology oriented
- Knowledge and capability of software development
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Fluent English in both written and oral
- Fast learner of applications, tools, and business
- Experience in Agile Software Development or Extreme Programming is a plus
- German language skill is optional
- Accounting or financial knowledge is a plus
- Strong customer and quality focus
- Decision making and judgment
- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results

- Planning of quality activities together with the project lead.
- Supporting the review process, including design review, test case review, code review, etc.
- Planning and organization of tests.
