Basically Requirements are:

Business Analyst:

1.   Bachelor’s Degree or above from a leading Chinese university;

2.   Superb academic performance, 

3.      Fluent in English,

4.   Willing to work hard.

Associate:

1.        Bachelor’s Degree or above from a leading Chinese university.

2.       Superb academic performance.

3.       Fluent in English.

4.        Willing to work hard.

5.        Work experience from leading international advisory firms or similar corporate functions, such as the Big-4, law firms, multinational’s planning or business development functions, or positions with comparable responsibilities.
