Position: Management Assistant
Job Description:
1. Daily assistant to global account manager, including contacts management, documentation, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement...etc.
2. Support / arrange the management team activities, like team meetings, offsite meetings, Board meetings.
3. Coordinate with management assistant team for special projects, events, activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in business administration or Japanese
2. Working experience as an assistant to top management in multinational company is preferred.
3. Familiar with Microsoft office (such as PowerPoint & Excel)
4. Good command of both written and spoken English
5. Fluently Japanese
