SAP Hiring Product Specialist - TAO

This position is intended for the graduating students only!

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Our customers use SAP Solutions to implement reliable business processes, such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

The new SAP solution SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (SAP TAO) supports our customers to automatically test their mission critical business processes. This is of high importance for SAP customers especially after software change events or R/3 - ERP upgrades. A specific focus area of SAP TAO will be retesting of business processes and embedded IT Controls, as required by SOX, FDA and other regulations.

As a SAP Product Manager you will join a team of dedicated Product Managers, Software Developers and Functional Analysts in China, India, Germany and the US. You will help creating concepts, specifications and presentations and will interact with customers, SAP teams and small to large partner firms. In so doing, you will help define brand new software, integrating with software tools from a wide range of the leading software vendors from all over the world.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Bachelors degree required
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills
-Solid business process know-how
-Motivated to learn new functional areas quickly
-Clear and structured communication style
-Good presentation skills
-Technical background in SAP R/3 systems and ERP applications will be a plus
-Highly motivated for continuous learning often in a self-study mode

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
-Management of incoming product requirements from customers, consultants and partner firms.
-Support creation of Business Specifications based on business priorities, technical capabilities and development resources
-Preparation work on Business Content such as investigations on how to test business processes (O2C, P2P) and embedded IT Controls
-Keep up-to-date with your technical understanding of all parts of the solution, integration aspects with other SAP solutions and a broad spectrum of partner solutions.
-Interface activities between various teams including Sales,
Consulting, other Product Managers, SAP TAO and SAP GRC
Development
-Product rollout including creation of presentations, online / offline demos, beta tests and product ramp-up support
-Intensive customer interactions
-Customizing of SAP ERP applications in our TAO demo system, as well as installation and maintenance of partner solutions.

WORK EXPERIENCE
-During university: project team member
-Work experience is not absolutely required university graduates are welcome as well
-In case of work experience: experience with business applications of a large ERP solution (SAP, Oracle, People soft) or work experience as a consultant or product manager for a large software solution.
