Job Responsibilities：
1.Be expected to contribute to the overall delivery of the next generation MSN product;
2.Assist a Microsoft Test Manager in development process, test planning, bug analysis, and coding intelligent test automation systems;
3.Build test tools and test environments to improve productivity;
4.Take charge of ensuring the security and performance of MSN’s Internet services;
5.Work closely with PMs to review feature design and examine testability;
6.Work with SDEs to do code reviews, isolate and debug problem areas; Job Qualifications：
1.Must be committed to deliver products of the highest quality;
2.Should be proficient in coding in C++/C#, XML, and .NET Frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, IIS, SOAP, and Windows Server 2003 is a plus;
3.Familiar with Microsoft products like Windows, Office, , MS Project, MS SQL, IIS and etc;
4.Experience in .NET development is preferred.
