Job Responsibilities:
- Give application, engineering and training support for an assigned product portfolio to CN and HK technicians and to specialists in RC in international market
- Give hotline support with a dedicated support level concept, bug verification and trouble
-shooting (if necessary on site), for an assigned product portfolio to CN and HK technicians and to specialists in RC in international market
- Provide Productmanagers and Sales Managers with market
-feedback / information on product quality and customer requirements for the assigned products
- Maintain Tools for the hotline and support processes above
- Participate in systemtests for new products from BSCE to ensure product quality from customers point of view and as preparation / know how acquisition for support tasksJob Requirements:
- Bachelor or above with major in Electrics or related subjects
- Practical experience in service or support business for fire and security products
- Experience in intercultural cooperation, readyness for traveling to other countries
- Fire products commissioning experience is preferred
- CET band 6 or above,fluent verbal and written English
