Business Unit DescriptionRational Testing team is responsible for ClearCase/ClearQuest FVT/GVT/Integration Test and Test automation infrastructure developmentJob DescriptionRational ClearCase/ClearQuest Testing:
- FVT/GVT/Integration Test.
- Analyze Test requirement and design test plan.
- Develop automation script based on RFT or CL

- Develop and execute manual and automation test cases.
- Some local customer support.Rational Test Automation Infrastructure Development:
- Design and develop GUI Automation framework for Eclipse and Web applications.
- Build shared library for GUI automation test.
- Deliver solution for product automation test.
- Develop and execute automation test cases.
- Some local customer support.QualificationsMaster or above in Computer Science preferred.IBM Certificates preferred.Desired Experience
- Familiar with software development and testing process.
- Professional programming skills in Java, Eclipse and Web application development.
- Professional skills in OO design, especially in design pattern.
- Experience in test planning and test case design.
- Familiar with Rational ClearQuest, ClearCase or similar Change Control.
- Management and Configuration Management products.
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX OSs.
- Familiar with Database products, such as DB2, Oracle, SqlServer.
- Knowledge of Unicode and Globalization is a plus.
- Familiar with test automation tools, such as Rational Functional Tester, Performance Tester, etc. is a plus.
- Familiar with IBM WebSphere & Tivoli products is a plus.We also expect:
