二．     实习地点：北京中关村华夏科技大厦 中关村软件园

三．     招聘职位3个，名额共5名，实习期暂定6个月

四．     招聘对象：将于2008年毕业的研究生

五．     实习待遇：基本上是100元/天，如果以前有过类似工作经验一年以上的，就是120元/天

九．     具体要求如下：

Job Title 1: ETP (embedded test program) Test Develop Intern 嵌入式测试程序 （计算机科学/软件等专业）2名

Role description:

  The role of test developer trainee is to design, implement and maintain embedded test program used to test mobile phones.

  You are responsible for embedded test program development;

  You are responsible for testing embedded test program and enhance test mode;

  You are responsible for providing embedded test program API to test station responsibilities.

Operational responsibilities

  Communicate with hardware requirement manager to finalize requirement;

  Test ETP/ETM functions;

  Implement ETP/ETM features;

  Create and maintain ETP/ETM design documents;

  Create and maintain ETP/ETM user reference documents;

  Report progress to direct manager;

  Fix bugs;

  Understand SW, HW, Industrialization development processes and follow them;

  Disciplinary reporting to SW Integration and CM group.

Development responsibilities

  Accumulate knowledge and skills for different platforms, such as TI, PHILIPS, QUALCOMM, EMP, INFINEON, FREESCALE, COMMIT, etc.

Requirement / qualification:

  Knowledge and experience of C, C++;

  Knowledge and experience of Windows Programming;

  Knowledge about software and hardware development processes;

  Experience in device driver development on Embedded Platform;

  General knowledge of Mobile Phone technology (GSM, CDMA, GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, WAP, SMS, BT);

  Familiar with CLEARCASE;

  Results and change orientated;

  Customer focus;

  Team work oriented;

  Fluent spoken and written English.

Job Title 2: Fixture Development Intern 夹具开发 （机构/机械等专业）2名

Role description

The main tasks of Fixture Development Engineer are to mechanically & electrically design new fixtures and re-design current fixtures for improvement, and they also assist in purchasing of fixtures. This will be the task in the Industrialization and transfer project period together with other sections.

Responsibilities

  Participate in and responsible for fixture development together with other sections in Unit.

  Responsible for fixture development activities from design until supplier buy-off stage.

  Ensure that the fixture designed follow internal and external rules to suit customer demands.

  Secure fixture specification, work instructions and maintenance instructions for the designed fixtures.

  Support existing running equipments on improvement activities.

Requirement / qualification:

  Minimum degree holder preferably of Mechanical/Macaronis Engineering background from a recognized institute.

  Experience in Design Technology.

  Team experience.

  Experience of PRO-E, AutoCAD, Uni-graphics.

  Experience of calculation of forces, type of material etc.

  Experience computers, data communications.

Job Title 3: Process Development Intern 工艺开发 （机械电子等专业）1名

Role description

The Production Process Developer’s duties are to develop and verify assembly process for industrialization projects and also to introduce the solutions to production sites.

Responsibilities

  Keep work instructions (Manufacturing book) updated when new PRI or exemptions are released.

  Design layout for the prototype/production area.

  Conduct FMEA meeting and if needed to conduct DOE.

  Participate in continuous improvements activities to improve processes and process flow.

  Analyse investments.

  Participate in Industrialization & New transfer projects.

  Participate in cost reduction projects.

  Specify processes for new / modified products and verify before transfer to production sites.

  Make PPS (Product Process Specification).

  Calculate line capacity and verify during factory launch.

  Purchase and prepare new equipment/tools for industrilization projects.

  Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

  Do DFM work together with other sections

Requirement / qualification:

  Minimum degree holder preferably of Mechanical, electrical/electronics engineering background from a recognised institute.

  Experience in Product Process Engineering.

  Knowledge in the product design and assembly process , DFT process , MTM etc

  Experience in utilising AutoCad, Auto Cad light or Pro-E.

  Good skills in English, written and spoken.
