Job Description:
A. Order processing:
1. Asking quotation from suppliers when receiving CCT# list from IT or requested from users.
2. Checking every detail items is correct on quotation and e
-mail/fax to me, I will sing on quotation as confirmation.
3. Pass the singed quotation to FIN for company chop.
4. Fax the order to supplier.
5. Confirm the lead
-time and convert PO.
B. Tracking and call suppliers for any questions or problems.
C. Help to search on market if there is any special request that we dont have supplier currently.Job Requirements:
- Familiar with the SAP Materials Management Module, Microsoft Office, and in general is computer savvy.
- Assist our China procurement requirements.
- Must be a self
-starter and able to work independently.
