Trainee Program
The key objective of the Trainee Program is to develop future Financial & HR professionals through practical experience and comprehensive training. The 12-month program includes classroom and on-the-job training and some projects. The program so far includes two positions, Accountant and HR Assistant.
To successfully build a solid career with BP, we encourage all of our trainees to develop their technical skills as well as proactively contribute to the business through actual job assignments.
HR Assistant (Trainee):
Major Job responsibilities:
Post job internally and externally via various sources
Support recruitment activities including screening, interviewing and preparing for making selections.
Provide recruiting progress reports and make analysis of applicants and resources.
Maintain good filing systems for candidates.
Provide operationally excellent staffing services
Provide other transactional supports on staffing related activities or processes
Lead or support any ad-hoc tasks or special projects as required.
OR:
Assist L&D advisor and Officer in the logistics management of all training activities provided to BPZ employee as well and contractors
Assist L& D advisor and Officer in the development and maintenance of internal trainer’s skills and training packages
Input training records in system and maintenance good filing system.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates with bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or English or related disciplines
Excellent spoken and written English
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power point
Accountant (Trainee)
Major Job responsibilities:
• Process VAT invoices and ensure accuracy of account postings.
• Process sales invoice and SAP sales invoice management.
• Responsible for the tax filing and preparation of taxation reports.
• Responsible for the reimbursement of staff traveling and maintain the reimbursement system.
• Maintain the cash-in ledger.
• Maintain Bank Acceptance and Letter of Credit ageing report.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates with bachelor degree in accounting or related disciplines
Excellent spoken and written English
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power point
