Job Responsibility
- Attend to visitors/phone calls
-Courier service coordination and mails distribution
-Office consumables ordering, distribution and payment arrangements (including stationery, drinking water, etc.)
-Conference room reservation, make sure the facilities in the conference rooms are in good condition.
-Assist Office Manager in office security and safeguard process implementation
- Update office telephone list.
- Other administration responsibilities assigned by the managersQualification Requirement
-Good command of English and PC skills
