SAP Hiring Media Developer & Graphic Designer

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS)industrializes the knowledge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experience-based knowledge.

The area Media Development is responsible for capturing knowledge in user-friendly and interactive media solutions. These solutions include eLearnings, Flash, animations, live sessions system simulations, etc. The KPS team is a service provider who helps the SAP groups Development, Consulting, Support and Sales to create the relevant product information for all

SAP software solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- You have a good university degree, preferably in Media and Graphic Design.

- You have excellent IT knowledge (MS Office, Adobe, Dreamweaver, HTML, Captivate, video, preferably experience with eLearning tools).

- Proficient skills in Macromedia Flash.

- Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).

- Strong ability to deliver on time and ensure highest quality

- You have 1 year overseas experience

- You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team.

- You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high service orientation for our customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a part of the KPS team, you will be responsible for the design and creation of media solutions (e.g. graphics, animations, simulations) as well as the production of design standards and guidelines. You will also cover all aspects of design, development and utilization of the media to improve the effectiveness of Knowledge Transfer solutions. The wide range of responsibilities include:

- Roll-in of the media demands of SAP internal and external

Customers - Develop, test and publish media objects (e.g. graphics, animations, simulations) according to the demands - Set up and improve the whole production process incl. standards and guidelines

- Ensure highest quality, process efficiency and customer orientation
