Title: Intern (Field Service Engineer)

Location: Beijing

Job Description:

Responsible for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers business. Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. Serves as an internal resource on technical issues. May train other field engineers or customers. May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.

Reduces broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects

Leads the delivery of engagements, identification of new business opportunities, programs; is the key technical contributor

Solves complex, high impact problems related to product availability; typically system/ solution focused

Qualification:

Master students who will graduate in 2008 or 2009.

1. Master in Analytical Chemistry or/Pharmaceutical background.

2. Excellent knowledge on chemical analysis fundamentals and instruments, eg. GC, LC, MSD etc.

3. Excellent knowledge on Network, computer HW/SW, including Windows and MS office operation etc.

4. Enjoy to do customer service work, have excellent people-relationship skill.

5. Fluent in English and Chinese, and good communication skill.

Title: Intern (COE Lab)

Location: Beijing

Job Description: 

With LSCA Agilent businees growing faster and faster in China, we need more and more technical support in Lab, as an intern working in Lab, you will follwing responsibilities:

1. Sample running in Lab.

2. Demo instrument functions to customer.

3. Assist to implemete marketing project with the coach of accountable AE.

4. Keep Lab instrument clean and in good status.

Qualification:

1.Chemisrty or analytical speciality.

2.Maser or PH.D candidate.

3.Finish the specialized course study of Maser or PH.D degree.

4.Good communication skill and open behaviour.

5.Good knowledge of PC operation, including Windows and MS office etc.

6.Fluent speaking and writing in English
