-交通工具,中国区汇报Position Purpose/Objectives:Meet Valspars goals for market share growth in Transportation Industry and profitability by (
1) developing new Transportation accounts (
2) retaining existing accounts in China by implementing the sales strategies, plans, goals set forth by direct Manager while meeting Valspar’s expectations for safety, ethical conduct and business practices. The transportation paints usually are applied in the following three markets:Trailer, train and container. 通过实施市场经理的销售战略,计划,目标(

2)保持已有客户来达到公司在交通工具领域的市场分额和利润,同时遵守威士伯公司的安全,道德商业准则。交通设备涂料通常可以运用于以下三个市场：半挂车，铁路车辆及集装箱市场。Essential Responsibilities主要职责:
1.Retain core business by managing all account activities, coordinating company resources (laboratory, technical service, application engineering, sales management), to facilitate the relationship between the customer and Valspar. This must include a strategic plan in which differentiating value is brought to the customer and their business. 保持核心业务,管理好所有客户,组织利用公司资源(实验室,技术服务,应用工程,销售管理),维系公司与客户的关系，并很好的实施把我们的产品差异价值带给我们的客户及他们的业务的战略目标
2.Coordinate all activities in the selling process, including initial qualification, complete communication of customer requirements, deployment of resource, product recommendations, trial activities, and all business related activities associated with targeted accounts在销售过程中起到协调的工作，包括获得最初的准予资格，客户需求的完整的沟通，部署资源，产品推荐，试运行及其他所有与目标客户有关的工作。
3.Thoroughly exploit all additional opportunities within existing accounts with respect to adding new product lines and/or introducing new technologies
-ensure that new business meets Valspar’s requirements for profitability and volume.在已有客户里全面拓展可能的机会以增加新的产品线和/或引入新技术保证新业务的利润和数量
4.Maximize Valspar’s profitability and increase commercialization rate by identifying/creating substantial product/value differentiation with customers – e.g. solving problems, cost reduction, new technology/application, etc….通过为客户创造产品/价值差异，例如解决问题，降低成本，新业务/应用等等最大程度上扩大威士伯的利润及产品的商业化，。
