Business Unit DescriptionIBM CSDL(China Software Development Lab) MBPS(Managed Business Process Services) Asset team is part of MBPS Asset Lab WW organizations.The objective of MBPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content
- using common components, standard processes and a common platform.The CSDL MBPS team was established in 2006/2 and had a fast growth in the past months.The team mainly focuses on CSDP(Common Service Delivery Platform) which is an implementation of a 3
-tiered SOA architecture for building highly leveraged services solutions.The team also focus on developing different solutions that based on CSDP, such as HR,ECM,Finance solutions.These solutions cover many IBM middlewares such as WebSphere Portal/WebSphere Process Server/Content Manager/DB2/Tivoli/Rational etc.In this team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model.
- Work on solutions from which you can understand how different IBM products work together to implement customers requirements.
- Work with IBM top experts (Distinguished Engineer,Senior Technical Staff Member) to learn from them.
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people.Job DescriptionBe responsible for maintenance of various operating system, such as Linux and AIX.Be responsible for software installation, configuration and maintenance, such as DB2, LDAP, etc.Be responsible for IBM middleware installation, configuration and maintenance, such as WAS, WPS, etc.Support development and testing team for the usage of various servers.QualificationsBachelor or Master in Computer Science or Electronic Engineer preferred.IBM Certificates preferred.Desired ExperienceSolid knowledge of Windows, Linux and AIX administration.Solid knowledge of database administration, especially DB2 administration.Solid knowledge of LDAP administration, especially IBM Tivoli Directory Server administration.Good knowledge of IBM middleware such as WebSphere Application Server(WAS), WebSphere Process Server(WPS) is a strong plus.Experience of TAM, WebSeal or other Tivoli security products is a plus.Experience of Rational Test Tools (Clear Quest, Test Manager, Functional Tester,etc) is a plus.Programming experience preferred (Shell, Perl, Java).Good Communication skills.Desired SkillsThe candidates with the above skills are preferred.
