-level position requiring nprevious experience however related work experience and education will be highly valued.Support CGM Product Support staff with initiatives and actions within the China Region. Work with Dealers and Customers in conjunction with senior rep ultimately gaining experience and stature twork independently with dealersand customers. A critical element of the job is tprovide analysis and communication support in multi
-lingual situations.Development and training will be provided in the following areas :
- CGM Product Support and Equipment Management practices, software and initiatives such as:Maintenance Strategy ReferenceSite AssessmentContamination ControlCPI
- Caterpillar Information Systems;
- Product Technical and Application awareness training;
- 6 Sigma Green Belt Training.Eligibility:Degree In Mining Engineering preferred, other engineering degree acceptableNative Mandarin speakerFluent English written and spokenOutstanding presentations skillsTravel requirement up t50%
