Helpdesk Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

² To design, set up and maintain the customers Windows & Linux based servers;
² To secure the customers computer network;
² To solve the problems that the customers meet with during the process such as using Internet, e-mail systems and software in the office.
² To guarantee the customers computers, printers, scanners and other hardware to function properly.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

² Excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate with foreigners smoothly and to write technical reports in English.
² Excellent understanding of MS Windows 2000 server, 2003 server and associated software
² Experience with Windows XP & Windows 2000 maintenance and troubleshooting, holding the certificate of MCSE.
² Experience with Linux, proficient in configuring e-mail server, proxy server, firewall.
² Able to work independently, with the spirit of team work and fully-devotion to work; excellent in communication skills.
² Curious, aggressive and have sense of responsibility
