The Finance Department is looking for a trainee to assist the account payable accountant.
财务部为应付帐会计招一位实习生助理。
The trainee will be responsible to

Verify the supplier invoice price and follow-up supplier litigations (price, quantity and quality)。
供应商发票核对及发票问题跟踪（价格，数量，质量不符等）。
Importation costs analysis
进口成本跟踪
Accounting posting
基本的会计分录。

The trainee reports to the Chief accountant
实习生向会计科长报道。

SKILL: good knowledge in written English, EXCEL，3rd year in university， specialized in Finance or Accounting.
技能要求：有较好的英语书写基础。EXCEL, 大学三年级，财会专业。

Training period: 3 months, preferably from June 2007。
实习时间： 3个月, 最好从07年六月开始。

实习内容简介：

Upon the French legal requirement regarding the internal control system (Equivalent of Sarbanes Oxley in US), the Group Valeo proceeds annual internal audit based on a questionnaire developed on COSO framework。
根据法国法律对内部控制的要求，法雷奥集团每年都进行内部审计，审计的标准是在COSO框架下制定的一套问卷。
The trainee will be responsible to
该实习生将负责：
translate the internal control questionnaire from English to Chinese。
把英语问卷翻译成中文。
liase with Branch headquarters regarding the follow-up of internal control action plan.
与专业公司联系，跟踪内部控制行动计划的完成情况。
Participate to audit of different control cycles.
参与内控方面的审计工作。

The trainee reports to the Financial controller。
实习生向财务经理报道。

SKILL: fluent in written English, good basis on oral communication, EXCEL，3rd year in university， specialized in Finance or Accounting.
技能要求：英语书写流利，有较好的口语基础。EXCEL, 大学三年级，财会专业。
