As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you need to be the expert in compensation and benefits area. You will be responsible for C&B support for business such as HP Lab, R&D center, software center and manufacturing sites, most business is located in Shanghai. Your job includes but not limited to salary range design, salary review support, global compensation program implementation, and benefits support. In the program design and implementation, you will need to make sure that we can meet local legal requirement, support business strategy, and align with global hr strategy and hp polocies. You will also need to be reponsible for communication with managers and employees. Qualifications your profileA degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study Ideally professional HR qualificationsUnderstanding of at least one of the following: employee/labor relations, diversity, staffing, compensation, benefits, and/or training and developmentIdeally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulationsBasic competency with technology as it relates to Human Resources, and computer proficiencyProject and/or program management abilityExceptional people skillsExcellent communication skillsPragmatism and business awarenessEnthusiasm for change and challenging conventionIdeally fluency in English
