Job functions:
1. Contact vendor to obtain required shipping details.
2. Complete the house and master air waybills and any other shipping documents.
3. input data and transmit pre
-alert to overeas office.
4. File all jobs once checked and approved.
5. Prepare and dispatch shipping documents to overseas office.
6. Communicate porperly with vendors.
7. Carry out and maintain ISO and SOX requirement.Qualifacations:
1. College degree or above.
2. mandarin and English language proficiency.
4. Computer Literate.
5. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.Remark: This is a temp position and the contract will be 6 months.
