Job Responsibility:The intern duties include assisting IT manager and IT Specialist to support Zeisss nationwide infrastructure and internal users regarding answering phone calls, installing computer systems, setting up network connection, protecting PCs from viruses, troubleshooting problems, maintaining printers, PBX and faxes, contacting vendors, administering Windows system, etc.Requirements:Undergraduate/College/ student who is in grade two or threeMajor in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferableExcellent English both in oral and writtenDependable, detail orientated, and hard workingBe able to work independently or in a teamGood communication and interpersonal skills
